Your home ballast is broken can change the ballast, or transformed into LED fluorescent tube is also OK.

1 Different brands require different steps to remodel. Some can be disassembled to remove one, my home is the need to remove both the ballast and the starter.

2 Steps, first remove the ballast, ballast disconnected at both ends of the four wires in accordance with the color of the severed wires to reconnect directly on. Red connect red. The other two colors are connected.

Then remove the glow. The broken wires at the two ends of the glow starter need to be connected again, wrapped in insulating tape

Finally install the LED fluorescent tubes, you need to insert the end of the tubes with the brand logo into the end of the base where the current enters and that's it.
