At present, a minority of people in China hold a critical and negative attitude towards social reality due to the existence of social injustice and damage to their own interests, and have no firm confidence in the future of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is a cognitive problem; some researches mainly focus on the realities of contemporary China, and due to the observation perspective, use of information and methodology, the conclusions and suggestions put forward within the scope of the professional seminars are not in conformity with the working ideas and national policies of the ruling party. The conclusions and recommendations made within the scope of professional discussions due to the use of observation perspectives and methodologies are inconsistent with the ruling party's working ideas and national policies, which are general academic issues and should be tolerated. It should be noted that, because the attitude of denying the reality reflects the negative social psychology, and the academic viewpoints oriented to criticizing the reality can, under certain conditions, produce effects beyond the research purpose, and become the material and premise necessary for the formation and spread of social trends, we cannot give up guiding the cognitively biased and critical academic viewpoints. Of course, guidance can only be provided by democratic methods, i.e., discussion, persuasion, education, and so on. However, there are some currents of thought, such as neo-liberalism, historical nihilism and so on, although the face of the academic discourse, the discussion of the topic or reality, or history, its interest in showing a clear concern for reality, its performance beyond the scope of academic research, with the characteristics of political ideology. From a theoretical point of view, their discussions on the direction of contemporary China's development, interpretations of China's history since modern times, especially the history of the Party and the history of New China, and plans for comprehensively deepening reforms are fundamentally opposed to the socialist ideology in terms of their value stance, either directly denying the guidance of Marxism or the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, or arguing from different perspectives that China should give up its basic socialist economic system and political system, and abandon the socialist system and its political system. Or it argues from different angles that China should abandon the basic socialist economic and political system and take the road of "westernization"; or it borrows the words of the mainstream ideology to promote its own theories and propositions.
