The practice of homemade gyro is manual.

Hand-made gyro, the material is not limited, here are three methods of hand-made gyro:

First, milk cartons make gyroscopes.

1. Tools: paper milk carton (1 gyro needs 1), 2 plastic bottle caps of the same size, colored marker or crayon, transparent tape.

2. Step: Cut down the four sides of the milk box from the opening of the milk box to separate the four sides of the milk box, and then cut off half the length of each side. Then round the corners at the ends of the four leaves and draw your favorite color pattern. Then stick the plastic bottle cap on the center of the blade with transparent tape, and the position should be opposite when you go up and down. When you turn the bottle cap by hand, you can drive the gyro to rotate, and the pattern on it will produce interesting changes.

Second, the paper tray to make gyro

1. Materials and tools required: paper plate (need 1 gyroscope), 2 plastic bottle caps of the same size, colored marker or pen, transparent tape.

2. Step: Draw your favorite pattern or pattern in the center of the paper tray. Cut the periphery into 4, 8 or 16 equal gaps at equal intervals, and then fold the gaps in the same direction. Stick the plastic bottle cap on the center of the paper tray with transparent tape, and the direction of the bottle cap should be opposite, thus making a gyro.

Third, origami is used to make gyroscopes.

1. Materials and tools required: 2 square pieces of paper (preferably in different colors), toothpicks and adhesive tape.

2. Step: Fold the square paper into strips respectively, and fold both ends of the strips into triangles in different directions respectively. Align the centers of the two tapes and then stack them together. Starting from the triangle below, fold each corner clockwise and insert the last corner below the first corner. Then drill a small hole in the center with a pusher or nail, and put a toothpick through the small hole, and the gyro is ready.
