What is not a traditional Chinese musical instrument
Traditional Chinese musical instruments are those that originated in ancient China and have been inherited and developed in China, with a unique sound and playing style. Western orchestral instruments, such as the violin, cello, and flute, on the other hand, originated in Europe and are not traditional Chinese instruments, although they are widely used in modern Chinese music. These instruments differ from traditional Chinese instruments in their timbre, playing techniques and musical styles. In addition, African drums do not belong to the category of traditional Chinese musical instruments. African drums are percussion instruments used in various regions of the African continent, and include a variety of types and forms, such as African hand drums and African wooden drums. Although African drums may be used in some modern music performances, they are not traditional Chinese instruments.
