Second step

Separate the egg white from the yolk, and pour the egg white into an oil-free and water-free container. Egg white must not be mixed with egg yolk, otherwise it will not be sent away. If the novice hemp operation is not skilled, you can use the egg white separator to help you do it!

Third step

Add 30 grams of sugar to a bowl with egg yolk.

Fourth step

Stir with electric egg beater until the yolk liquid expands in volume and turns slightly white.

The rice cooker is preheated in advance (it can be turned on for cooking or other modes), put into the inner container and turn to the "cake" mode. If there is no cake mode, it is recommended that it be timed for about 40 minutes. When the time is up, it needs to be stewed for 5 minutes before opening. Don't open the lid halfway to "observe", it will shrink back in minutes.
