Therefore, the owner must determine the installation conditions of the elevator before installation and strictly implement them.

1, vertical well spacing

No matter where the domestic small elevator is installed, it needs a vertical through space. This point should be paid special attention to when cutting the floor and installing a small domestic elevator. Many times, the communication between the owner and the construction team is not good, and it is easy to see that the holes cut on each floor are the same size, but they are not connected in vertical space, so the elevator cannot be installed, which requires secondary construction and wastes time and manpower.

2, reserve enough pit and top height.

Elevator installation generally needs to reserve pits. Screw-type small household elevator can be installed without a pit, or it can need a pit with the maximum depth of 50mm, so it can be installed not only in the traditional villa environment, but also in the high-rise duplex building, which is convenient and flexible to install in the environment where the pit cannot be dug deep. For safety reasons or due to the structural reasons of the elevator itself, sufficient top floor height space should be reserved for elevator installation.

3. Determine the location and wiring of power supply.

Due to different structures, the power supply positions of small elevators in China are not the same. The power installation location of small household elevators is different: some need to be reserved on the top floor, some need to be reserved on the second floor, and some need to be reserved on the bottom floor. If you choose the standard speed, you need 220V single-phase three-wire power supply, and the matching speed needs 380V tn-s power supply.

4, family hard work completed

If the elevator is installed before the house decoration, a lot of dust generated during the decoration will enter the elevator, which is difficult to clean on the one hand, and more importantly, fine dust will enter the elevator structure, which will affect the normal operation of the elevator and greatly shorten its service life. Therefore, the installation of small household elevators must be carried out after the decoration is completed.
