How to make lanterns for Mid-Autumn Festival
Materials: colored paper, scissors, glue stick, rope, hole punch. Production steps Step 1: the hands of colored paper cut into several squares, the square paper folded as shown (like folding fan folded spare) Step 2: the square folded after a fold. Step 3: Paste the three fan shapes edge to edge to form a circle, making sure to paste them securely. Step 4: Make three red circles and two yellow circles as shown. Step 5: Thread the five made circles together with string. It will look better with the colors staggered. Step 6: Tie a large knot at the bottom to secure it. You can tie the knot more than once to prevent it from falling off. Step 7: Make a lantern spike and tie it to the rope, or you can stick two long strips to decorate it, as shown in the picture. Step 8: To make a lantern spike, cut a rectangle of paper into a whisker shape, be careful not to cut it off, and leave a strip at the top for sticking glue. Step 9: Use a pen to roll up the spike (a thicker pen is better, because there are holes to be punched underneath). Step 10: Stick it with glue, stick it firmly and don't let it fall apart easily. Step 11: Use a hole punch to make holes, and then you can hang the spikes under the lantern!
