What are leadership traits? What types of leaders did Weber classify
Weber proposed three formal forms of political domination and authority:
Charismatic authority (family and religion)
Traditional authority (suzerainty, patriarchal authority, feudalism)
Juridical authority (modern law and the state, bureaucrats)
Weber asserted that the relationship between the dominant and the ruled throughout history has more or less contained these ingredients.
But charismatic authority is destabilized and forced to transform into "conventional" forms of authority, that is, traditional or bureaucratic forms of authority.
What are leadership traits? That's a matter of opinion.
The ability to lead people in a certain direction on different occasions is considered a leadership trait.
Knowing people well, being a visionary, being resourceful and decisive, being magnanimous, being charismatic, having good habits, being psychologically oriented and intuitive...etc. are just some of the qualities that are stated.
A leader can lead a group to prosperity or to destruction.
There are many examples from World War II.
