abstract

Business informatization is the product of the network in the 20th century. Because of its own characteristics, it has been widely concerned, but people have not yet unified and standardized understanding of the scope of e-commerce. Still like the traditional business process, any transaction in e-commerce includes the following basic "flows": information flow, land flow, capital flow and logistics.

In the past, people's understanding of e-commerce process was often limited to the electronization and networking of information flow and capital flow, while ignoring the electronization of logistics, that is, for most goods and services, logistics can still be carried out through traditional distribution channels. However, with the further promotion and application of e-commerce, the importance of logistics has an increasingly obvious impact on e-commerce activities. Imagine that in e-commerce, consumers browse the Internet and easily complete online shopping by clicking, but they have not delivered the purchased goods to their hands, or even bought tea delivered by TV. As a result, it is conceivable that consumers will inevitably give up e-commerce and choose safer and more reliable traditional shopping methods.
