Pinghexian gourmet

The delicacies of Pinghe County include Fengzhai salted duck, Luxi pickles, Daxi smoked sausage, Nansheng jujube, Daxi dried bean curd, beef sausage hairpin, Xiaoxi pillow cake and so on.

1. Fengzhai salted duck: It is made of a hundred-day running duck weighing about three kilograms, with white skin and tender meat, fat but not greasy, and delicious taste.

2, Luxi pickles: Pinghe traditional famous dish, belonging to Fujian cuisine, can be steamed, dry fried, soaked, delicious and rich in flavor.

3. Daxi smoked sausage: It is made from local fat pork belly, spices and sweet potato powder by traditional technology. Very chewy, red and tender.

4. Nansheng Mazao: It is native to Nansheng Town and has a history of more than 700 years. It is made of glutinous rice, taro, white hemp, white sugar, caramel and peanut oil. Glutinous rice is divided into three processes, and then mixed with ingredients. The skin is crisp and crisp, tender and sweet, tough and unique.

5. Daxi Dried Bean: First-class soybeans are selected, hand-made, soaked, ground, filtered, boiled, coagulated and fixed. Just the right toughness makes the taste fresh and tender, which can be fried and cooked, and has the double delicious taste of dried bean curd and tofu.

6. Beef sausage hair clasp: Take rice as raw material, find out the broken rice soup with the original stone mill and put it on the boiling water in the dish until the whole noodle hair clasp is formed, then gently take it off and roll it into a roll.
