Can I send cigarettes by express?

Courier can deliver cigarettes, but it needs to meet the regulations. According to the regulations, no more than two (400) pieces of tobacco leaves and tobacco products can be carried by post or in different places. Each piece of tobacco leaves and cut tobacco is limited to 5 kg (the combined mailing of the two shall not exceed 10 kg). Mail tobacco and its products, each person is limited to send one at a time.
