How to speed up ballet in two months?
Self-training can be divided into three steps

Practice 15 minutes every day when you are a beginner. The progress of the course should not be too fast, but should be gradually increased to 30 minutes a day. During the practice, rest in time to avoid damaging your arch, leg muscles and tendons.
