What is rice flour made of?
Rice noodles are called rice noodles in Guangdong and dried noodles in Guangxi. They are linear foods made of high-quality rice through fermentation, pulping, filtration, cooking, extrusion and cooking.
There are two main processing methods for rice noodles:
One is to grind fermented rice into powder, commonly known as "sour rice noodles", which are good in bones and muscles, smooth and sweet, and have rice fragrance. It is also a traditional production method.
The other is to put the rice noodles directly into the machine for extrusion molding, and use the heat of friction to gelatinize the rice, which is called "dried rice noodles". After drying, the dried rice noodles are "dried rice noodles", which is convenient for carrying and storage.
