Ceiling fan installation procedure

This paper will introduce the installation procedure of ceiling fan, including fixed hoisting, installation of hanging pipe, electric bell, installation of blades, leaf frame, installation of hanging ball on hanger, connection of power cord, installation of electric bell, switch switching and other steps.

Fixed lifting

(1) When the ceiling is suspended, the fixed seat and the ball rack are directly screwed on the wood square or "corner". (2) If it is a concrete ceiling, drill a hole with an electric drill, fix the expansion screw (gecko) on the ceiling, and then install the fixing seat and the ball rack.

Install hanging pipe and bell mouth.

Selection of hanging pipe: according to the height of the ceiling, choose the hanging pipe with appropriate length, and the blades of the ceiling fan should not be less than 2.3 meters from the ground.

Install the blade and blade holder.

First, insert the blade fixing screw into the blade fixing washer, then fix the blade on the blade holder and fix the blade holder on the surface of the motor.

Install the hanging ball on the hanger.

Connect the outlet and power cord of ceiling fan with connectors, put the hanging ball into the hanger, rotate the hanger to make the hanging ball groove mesh with the hanger lug, and the hanging ball groove must mesh with the hanger lug.

Connect the power cord

Connect the outlet and power cord of ceiling fan with connectors, the negative (-) line of power supply is connected to the white line of ceiling fan, the positive (+) line of power supply is connected to the black line of ceiling fan, the blue line of ceiling fan and the black line of ceiling fan are connected to the positive (+) line of power supply together, or connected to the wall switch to control the lights independently.

Install hanging bell

First, screw out the bell-shaped fixing screws on both sides of the hanger by 2-3 teeth, not completely.

Switch switching

The cable switch controls the high, medium and low speed of the ceiling fan, and the forward and backward switches control the rotating direction of the blades.
