How to eat hot pot correctly

Stem and leafy vegetables are generally rich in vitamin C and carotene, and shabu-shabu shouldn't take too long to blanch them, otherwise the nutrients will be destroyed. Turnips, carrots, taro, potatoes and other root vegetables are rich in analyzed crude fiber and have less nutritional loss, so they can be blanched for a longer period of time.
Note:
Turnips and fungus should not be eaten together, as this can lead to dermatitis. Potatoes are a popular vegetable in shabu-shabu, but bananas as an after-dinner fruit may lead to facial spots.
Eating hotpot shouldn't be too hot, as the mucous membranes of the mouth, esophagus and stomach can generally only tolerate temperatures of 50℃ to 60℃, and food that is too hot can damage the mucous membranes. The food should be cooked first out of the slightly cold before eating.
The hot pot soup should not be drunk, and the hot pot soup should be boiled for a long time. The purines contained in meat and seafood are mostly dissolved in the soup. Because high concentrations of purines are metabolized by the liver, a large amount of uric acid is produced, which can easily cause gout, joint pain and other symptoms.
Several beverages you can choose from when cooking hot pot:
Carbonated beverages: Although they contain very few nutrients other than sugar, the carbon dioxide in them can help digestion and keep the heat out of the body, creating a cool and refreshing feeling, and replenishing water has a better effect.
Fruit juice drinks: rich in organic acids, can stimulate gastrointestinal secretion, digestion. It can also make the upper part of the small intestine acidic, which helps the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. However, weight control people and the elderly, high blood sugar should pay attention to the choice of low-sugar drinks.
Vegetable juices, dairy and plant protein drinks: such as yogurt, almond milk, coconut milk, herbal tea, etc., suitable for people with chronic diseases and the elderly.
Alcohol: it can play the role of sterilization, deodorization, and is most suitable for drinking when shabu-shabu.
