1. Reinforced concrete structure: It is widely used in high-rise residential buildings because of its high strength, convenient construction, economy and durability. According to the requirements of Code for Design of Building Structures, high-rise building structures need not only materials with high compressive strength, but also seismic requirements and service life. Reinforced concrete structure is a combination of reinforcement and concrete, and concrete members with different strength grades can be made according to the load requirements, which is suitable for floors with different heights. This is a perfect plan.

2. Generally, two-story buildings in rural areas adopt brick-concrete structure because of their low floors, light weight and low requirements for compressive strength of materials, which also meets the requirements of compressive performance, convenient materials acquisition, economy and durability. Brick masonry is used for brick masonry walls, and reinforced concrete is used for columns, beams, slabs, stairs, overhangs and awnings.
