The basic elements of the educational process are as follows:

Factors affecting physical and mental development:

Heredity (material premise), environment (external motivation), education (leading), individual subjective initiative (internal motivation) and social practice.

There are various forms and activities of education, and the basic forms of education include family education, social education and school education. The participants, purposes, contents, methods and places of educational activities are different, but there are the most basic elements that constitute educational activities.

These elements include: educators, educatees, educational contents and educational materials. Educators and educatees belong to human factors, while educational content and materials belong to knowledge, information and material conditions. The basic elements of education exist in all forms of educational activities.

First, educators.

Anyone who exerts educational influence on the educated and assumes educational responsibility for educational activities is an educator. Generally speaking, educators mainly refer to people who are qualified to engage in special education and teaching activities in schools at all levels.

Teachers are the main body of school educators and direct educators. Educators in a broad sense refer to people who play a guiding role in the knowledge, skills, thoughts and morality of the educated, including educational administrators at all levels, teachers and other staff in school education, parents in families and people who play an educational role in social education. In educational activities, educators are in the position of leadership, control and guidance.

Second, the educated.

Anyone who enters the learning process and receives education is an educated person. Educated people undertake the responsibility of learning and receive education in educational activities. In school education, it refers to students of various schools.

In a broad sense, education targets a wide range, regardless of age, gender, identity and professional background. In educational activities, the educated are in the position of being led, controlled and educated.
