Materials?

1 chicken

Proper amount of salt

Proper amount of soy sauce

How to roast chicken with electric pressure cooker?

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar and salt.

Spread the prepared sauce evenly on the chicken. And curing 15 ~ 20 minutes. Unused sauce can be poured into the belly of the chicken.

Apply sesame oil evenly before serving. In order to prevent the chicken from burning, it is best to put the chicken on the shelf. Put a few slices of ginger on the chicken or in its belly.

Cover the pot and choose "Bake without water" because I don't like chicken that is too soft and rotten, so I choose "fish, shrimp and crab" as the ingredient. The baking time will be shorter. If there is no "dry roasting", use "stew", but to control the time, it should be cooked in 10 ~ 15 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken.
