Principle and structure of hydraulic control valve
Hydraulic control valve is a valve driven by the pressure of pipeline medium to open, close and adjust. It consists of main valve, auxiliary conduit, needle valve, ball valve and pressure gauge. According to the purpose of use and different functional places, it can evolve into a remote control floating ball.
Valve, pressure reducing valve, slow closing check valve, flow controller, pressure reducing valve, hydraulic electric control valve, emergency closing valve, etc. The pilot valve acts with the change of medium level and pressure. Because there are many kinds of pilot valves, they can be used alone or in combination.
The main valve can realize the independent and compound adjustment functions of water level, water pressure and flow. However, the valve body of the main valve is similar to a globe valve. When the valve is fully opened, its pressure loss is much greater than other valves, and the greater the opening each time, the greater the loss coefficient when it is fully closed.
The closer the state is, the more dramatic it is, and the greater the diameter of the valve, the greater the significance.
