(A) Zhou Tian Gong posture (preparation)
beginner practitioners to sit flat on the chair is preferred, or natural disk sitting is appropriate, standing or horizontal second. Horizontal is used for those who are seriously ill and too weak, or for practicing Zhou Tian Gong before going to bed.
Flat sitting posture: sitting on the hips in the front 1/3 or front 1/2 of a square stool or chair, upper body straight, legs parallel to each other, shoulder-width apart, hands resting lightly on the thighs. To pay attention to a point, it is best to take a soft cushion on the stool.
Pan sitting style: in bed (hard bed) or on the ground (need to lay cushion) can be pan sitting. (1) scattered disk: buttocks to cushion high, so that the upper body leaned forward a little, legs crossed disk, left on the right or right on the left can be, two hands can be placed on the knees or hold each other gently, placed in front of the abdomen. (2) Single Plate: place the left foot on the right leg, or place the right leg on the left leg, the rest is the same as the loose plate.
In the loose disk and single disk sitting, the order of the legs up and down should be changed frequently. For example, if this time the left up and right down, next time can be changed to right up and sit down.
The meditator's upper body should be straight, the whole body should be relaxed, loose shoulders, the head is placed in the center, not tilted forward and backward during the whole practice.
1, the eyes look straight ahead, and then slightly closed, to slightly left a line is appropriate.
2, the tip of the tongue lightly against the palate.
3, slowly feel yourself relaxing from head to toe, try to relax as much as you can, and then slowly relax a little bit from your feet to your head. Feel carefully whether you are very relaxed. Put aside all other thoughts that have nothing to do with practicing gong, and then tell yourself clearly in your mind, silently recite once, "I am going to start practicing gong"
Second, practicing gong
(1) Breathing: Breathing is natural breathing. The so-called natural breathing is the same as the usual breathing, do not pay too much attention to it, the heart is calm, breathing naturally adjusted to the even, subtle realm.
(2) Ideas: Ideas pay attention to the small belly belly of the slight ups and downs above. The belly of the human abdomen in the breathing of the belly shows a slight undulation state. Initial practice, inhalation slightly bulging; exhalation, slightly sunken, attention is placed on the whole process of undulation, can not be forced, do not go to intentionally increase the degree of undulation, to go with the flow.
Practicing this gong method, attention should be focused on this. If you think of something else in your mind, then it is wrong, and you should hurry to take back your mind and put it back on it. In this way, the mind becomes more and more quiet and the breathing slower and slower.
Third, the closing
Decided not to practice, to clearly tell yourself, the heart of the meditation: "I do not practice, I want to close the gong." Then you can health care massage:
1, dry bath face. Five fingers of both hands together, in order to first under the order of rubbing the face, such as washing the face of the shape, until the face is slightly hot, can play a smooth flow of qi and blood, invigorate the spirit of beauty and the effect of the face.
2, sound the drums of heaven. The two hearts of the hands cover the ear orifices, so as not to make leakage of air. Ten fingers of both hands on the back of the head, and then the index fingers of both hands to press the middle finger, and then the index finger from the middle finger down to knock the back of the head. If there is no damage to the eardrum, you can hear the sound of thumping like a drum. The sound of the sky drum can make the eardrum get vibration, can play a role in maintaining hearing.
3, transport eyes. Slightly rotate the eyes, clockwise rotation followed by counterclockwise rotation. If the eyes can not turn up, you can first look at the bottom, then look at the left, then look at the top, then look at the right, so the more you look at the faster, the eyes will turn up. Transporting the eyes can play a role in keeping your eyesight.
4, knocking teeth. In accordance with the order of the first cheek teeth, after the incisors, double teeth slightly knocking each other. One by one, not too fast. Can play the effect of fixed teeth.
5, rubbing the side of the nose. Both hands in a fist, the thumb on top of the index finger, to the outside of both thumbs, from the root of the mountain until the nose of the Yingxiang points, from top to bottom, in turn, rubbing. It can prevent colds and treat rhinitis.
7, rubbing Dantian. Dantian, slightly below the navel part. Two hands stacked, male left female right (that is, the male left hand pressure right hand, female right hand pressure left hand), the first clockwise kneading Dantian, and then the opposite hand male right female left (male right hand pressure left hand, female left hand pressure right hand), counterclockwise kneading Dantian. Clockwise and counterclockwise each 18 times. It can play a role in increasing internal qi and treating gastrointestinal diseases.
Finally, slowly open your eyes, get up and take a walk.
One of the precautions:
1, throughout the process of practicing qigong, the principle of going with the flow.
2, at first, each time can be about twenty minutes, and then gradually extend the time, to the extent that they do not feel bored. Each time in about forty minutes. In principle, twice a day, such as for the treatment of disease, should increase the time and frequency. The duration of each meditation should not exceed two hours. To 5:00 to 7:00 in the morning as the best time, if not, morning and evening practice can be.
3, should pay attention to the closing, in practice, there are individual practitioners of gong after the symptoms of weakness or dizziness, one of the reasons is not pay attention to the closing.
4, this gong method seems simple, but no teacher to teach and answer questions, please do not practice.
Precautions No. 2:
(1) half an hour before the work to stop all the more strenuous physical and mental activities, relieve the urine and feces, the work can not be held back for a long time in the two stools.
(2)It is forbidden to wear tight-fitting clothes and pants and sit in the wind (lying down, standing) in order to avoid getting cold. To undress, unbuckle the belt, remove jewelry, glasses, watches and other things, so as not to affect the practice of qigong into the quiet and the operation of qi and blood. The general principle is not to bind yourself.
(3) Quit smoking, do not abuse alcohol.
(4) Avoid excessive sexual intercourse. If you are practicing for the purpose of treating an illness, abstain from sexual intercourse for the first one hundred days. After the disease is cured, there should be moderation. Practitioners from ancient times to the present have attached importance to this point. At the same time, pay attention to not lying down for a long time, sitting down for a long time, standing up for a long time, walking for a long time, to combine static and motion, practicing and nourishing at the same time, labor and leisure in moderation.
(5) The temperature in the practice room should not be too hot or too low, and air circulation should be maintained. Avoid bad weather and noisy environment to practice. Wind and rain, thunder and lightning days, both indoors and outdoors are not suitable for practicing qigong.
(6) Avoid practicing when you are full and hungry, and do not practice within half an hour after a meal.
(7) It is forbidden to practice when you are disturbed by seven emotions, such as great joy, great anger, great sorrow, sorrow, fear, and excessive anxiety.
(8) When practicing gong, it is forbidden to be drowsy, to fall asleep, and to crave the scenery in gong. Faintness and sleep can not receive any effect, such as the emergence of serious faintness, temporarily stop practicing, and wait for the spirit of a better time to practice again. If you feel happy and comfortable in gong, you should not extend the time of practicing for more than two hours under normal circumstances. In the process of practicing gong, you should avoid others to interfere with you.
