Related Extension: Introduction to the Man in Black:
The term refers to a person in a black uniform who has been associated with a UFO (an abbreviated form of Unidentified Flying Object, a generalized term for an unidentified flying object) event. Some UFO witnesses, or witnesses who try to reveal UFO secrets, are sometimes threatened and intimidated by the Men in Black, demanding that they not reveal their secrets.
The Men in Black do not differ much in appearance from Earth humans, but wear black uniforms, which are of an outdated style, and do not walk much like normal people. There have been a number of movies based on "Men in Black", but the truth is that most of the movies are not factually correct.
"Men in Black" is a set of science fiction comedy movies based on Lowell Cunningham's comic book of the same name. The movie was directed by Barry Sonnenfeld and stars Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith. Rico Baker served as the stylist in the film. The movie was released in theaters on July 2, 1997 by Columbia Pictures.
The film grossed over $587 million at the box office, significantly exceeding its $90 million production cost. A sequel, Men in Black 2, was released in 2002, and a Starship Troopers cartoon series was released by Kids' WB Warner Animation between 1997 and 2001.
