What are the communication etiquette and main taboos of Arabs?

Arabs are very particular about reciprocity. Because they are rich, they are generous in giving gifts. They like gold and use pens as gifts. When visiting an Arab family, you can bring some popular American and German products. Don't send anything with animal images. They think that animals will bring bad luck to people.

In Saudi Arabia, people usually greet each other by shaking hands.
