Related activities of China National Studies Research Association
The Research Association founded the journal "Journal of Chinese Studies" in 2002. It has extensive exchanges and cooperation with more than 130 poetry, calligraphy, painting and other literary and art societies at home and abroad. It distributes free of charge to members, researchers and requesters, and recommends and purchases to members.

The society has participated in hosting or co-organizing many traditional cultural activities.
For example: the International Exhibition of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art held in 2002 toured seven European countries; the "Cross-Strait and Four Grounds Connected Hearts" Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Art Competition held in 2003; the first Chinese Traditional Chinese Studies Outstanding Contribution Award selection event held in 2005;
In 2006, the "Ten Years of Chinese Studies" creative activity was held to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the China Chinese Studies Research Association; in 2007, the "Top 100 Chinese Studies Cultural Inheritors" event was held; in 2008, the Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Competition was held to commemorate the 30th anniversary of reform and opening up, and the first Five Mountains
Cup Chinese Traditional Chinese Studies and Culture Competition; the Traditional Chinese Studies and Culture activities held in 2009 to commemorate the 2560th anniversary of the birth of Confucius. The inspiration for the activities was published in "Calligraphy News" and "Journal of Chinese Studies", which received widespread support from domestic and foreign artists and produced a positive social impact.
; In 2010, the "I Cheer for the World Expo" National Artists Invitational Competition was held, and the "Focus on the Expo's National Artists Congratulations Achievement Exhibition" was held in Chuansha New Town, Shanghai from October 10 to 13, 2010.
Zhou Zhigao, chairman of the Shanghai Calligraphy Association, and local leaders in Shanghai delivered speeches at the opening ceremony and cut the ribbon.
