Advantages and disadvantages of traditional media

Traditional media are mainly sound, images, including television, radio, etc., there are time and space limitations, while multimedia is a set of sound, graphics, animation and so on, and more importantly, to a certain extent, to solve the limitations of time and space. But multimedia does not replace traditional media.

Traditional media is relative to the rise of network media in recent years, the traditional means of mass communication, that is, through a certain mechanical device to the public on a regular basis to disseminate information or to provide edutainment platform for the media, including newspapers and magazines, outdoor, communications, radio, television, as well as self-media outside of the network of the media in the traditional sense of the word.

The advantages of traditional media are stable foundation, long history, and high authority; the disadvantages are large investment, decreasing trend of income, small audience, poor interactivity, and time and space limitations. Traditional media mainly includes newspapers, outdoor, communications, radio, television and so on.
