Business-type apartments are a new type of housing unique to Tongzhou, with a small number of business-type apartments planned only in the 41 F3 sites previously granted in the Canal Core Area. The projects on sale are Poly Metropolis, Fuli Canal 10, Everbright New Beijing Center, World Overseas Chinese Business Center and Greenland Central Plaza.
If you want to buy a business-type apartment, you should also know that Tongzhou implemented a purchase restriction policy for business-type apartments on May 6, 2016, with the promulgation of the Measures on Strengthening the Management of Sales of Business-type Apartments and Commercial and Office Projects in Tongzhou District. The purchase restriction policy is the same as the Tongzhou residential purchase restriction, and the same as residential, counting the number of units purchased.
