Pingyao beef has a long reputation, and its origin date is unknown. The Qing Dynasty was quite famous in Sanjin. Pingyao beef has a unique traditional production technology, which involves the following procedures and methods: slaughtering raw cattle, cutting raw meat, pickling, boiling and so on.

5. Jiaocheng Junzao
