What are the approval requirements for Chinese medicine clinics?

Conditions for opening a Chinese medicine clinic: 1. According to Article 9 of the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions, the establishment of medical institutions by units or individuals must be examined and approved by the health administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level, and the Approval Letter for the Establishment of Medical Institutions must be obtained. 2. According to Article 10 of the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions, the following documents shall be submitted when applying for the establishment of a medical institution; (1) Apply for establishment; (two) the establishment of a feasibility study report; (3) Site selection report and architectural design scheme. 3. According to Article 13 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions, individuals who set up clinics in cities must meet the following conditions at the same time: (1) Pass the examination of medical practice skills and obtain a doctor's practice certificate; (2) Having been engaged in clinical work in the same profession for more than five years after obtaining a doctor's practice certificate or a doctor's title; (3) Other conditions stipulated by the administrative departments of health and family planning of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. 4. According to Article 15 of the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions, medical institutions must register and obtain the Practice License of Medical Institutions.
