How to pickle duck eggs?

The method of curing duck eggs:

Material preparation: 25 duck eggs, proper amount of refined salt and 500 ml of high alcohol (55 degrees).

1. Wash the fresh duck eggs with a brush. Dry the water, ventilate it in the sun, and dry it thoroughly (don't expose it to high temperature).

2. Pour the white wine into an oil-free and water-free container, soak the duck eggs and take them out immediately after soaking.

3. Put the salt in a water-free and oil-free dish, put the duck eggs in the dish, and coat the salt evenly.

4. Wrap salted duck eggs with plastic wrap respectively.

5. Then put it in a plastic bag or jar and keep it sealed (keep it in the shade for about 45 days in spring and autumn).

6. Put the salted duck eggs in the pot and put them in cold water. After the fire boils, turn it to low heat for 7- 10 minutes (it is easy to break after boiling).
