Introduction of Fried Kuey Teow

Pan-fried Kuey Teow is a Han Chinese flavor snack widely spread in Putian, Fujian, an authentic New Year's greeting food in southern Fujian. It is sweet, chewy and elastic. The rice is as thin as a cicada's wing, dotted with peanut particles lined with green onions, sticking tightly to the top of the rice kuey teow, with a fragrant flavor.
