How to cook well and how to eat.

Dough material: 2g yeast powder, 85g warm water, flour 160g, fine sugar 10g, 2g salt, and vegetable oil 10g.

Noodle material: whole egg liquid 10g, white sesame 5g, salt and pepper 2g.

1. Mix all dough materials and knead by hand.

2. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap, stir at 28℃ for 20 minutes, take out the dough and roll it into a baked dough blank with a thin middle and a slightly thicker periphery.

3. Put the naan blank into the mold, punch holes evenly with naan needles, and be sure to insert them to avoid bulging during baking.

4. Brush the naan blank with clear water, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and press by hand (sesame seeds will not fall off).

5. Cover with plastic wrap, wake at room temperature for 8 minutes, brush the whole egg liquid on the surface and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

6. Put it in a preheated oven, fire it up and down at 200 degrees, bake it in the middle layer for 12- 15 minutes, and then take it out of the oven after it is colored satisfactorily.
