What kind of sauce belongs to the sauce packet of instant noodles?

The sauce packet is mainly: a concentrate of animal oil, a mixture of salt, monosodium glutamate (MSG), bone marrow extract\spaghetti sauce, edible extract, vegetable oil, and soy sauce.

How to make your own instant noodle sauce packets:

1. first buy a bag of dried yellow sauce (a small bag will do, if it's for two people);

2. go home and pour out the dried yellow sauce (how much depends on how much you eat) in a bowl. Then use water (raw water is fine)

Mix it slowly.

3. Cut the meat into small cubes (preferably with a little fat, more flavorful), the smaller the better; chop the green onions and set aside.

4. Heat a frying pan, pour oil. How much depends on preference. Of course, not too little, or stick to the pan .

5. When the oil is hot, add the diced meat and stir-fry.

6. When the meat is 8 times mature, pour the sauce into the pot. This time the fire should be adjusted to a small fire, in a small fire slowly simmering sauce, with a spatula constantly stirring, so as not to stick to the pot. At the same time depending on the consistency of the sauce to add the appropriate amount of water.

8. Pour the chopped green onion into the pot and beat two eggs (two eggs for half a bag of dry sauce is more appropriate) into the sauce, stirring well with a spatula.

9. Turn off the heat and remove the sauce from the pan when it becomes fragrant and light yellow in color. (The longer you simmer the sauce, the better, because it will force the oil out of the sauce.)

10. Put the uneaten sauce in a bowl and store in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap, until ready to eat another time.

It is best not to leave it out in the open to avoid hair growth.

Note: Don't put salt in the sauce, because the sauce itself is salty.
