Liaoning Provincial Road Transportation Regulations

Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to maintain the road transport market order, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of transport operators and their service recipients, and to promote the development of road transport, these regulations are hereby enacted. Article 2 The road transport referred to in these regulations, including road transport of goods, passenger transport, vehicle maintenance, handling, transport services and training of transport personnel.

Article 3 All units, individuals and service users engaged in road transportation in the administrative area of the province must comply with these regulations. Passenger transport operators shall not suspend business for more than one year.
