Why don't we hire people with tattoos when recruiting? Veteran, tell the truth!

Legal analysis: Because of the traditional problem in our country, soldiers can't get tattoos. In ancient times, only prisoners and gangsters had tattoos. Soldiers, as the fighting force of the country, need to create a positive image, so they can't have tattoos. And ordinary people get scared when they see tattoos. If soldiers have tattoos, it will destroy the image of the people's soldiers. In fact, our country has also made some adjustments to tattoos, as long as everyone's tattoos are not exposed and can be covered by training clothes, and the size is not more than 10 cm, they can pass to a large extent.

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Military Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). People and citizens of China, regardless of nationality, race, occupation, family background, religious belief and education level, have the obligation to perform military service in accordance with the provisions of this Law. People who are unfit for military service with serious physical defects or serious disabilities are exempted from military service. People deprived of political rights according to law may not perform military service. A small number of tattoos are not exempt from and prohibited from military service.

Article 8 of the Physical Examination Standard for Citizens to be Recruited, those who have "dot, character and tattoo" tattoos with a diameter of more than 2cm (other parts with a diameter of more than 3cm) on the exposed parts of the body or leave obvious tattoo scars after surgical treatment, which affect the appearance of soldiers, are unqualified. Minority areas are purely tattoos of national customs, and wearing short clothes does not obviously affect the military appearance, which is qualified.
