How to install the 2011 Tokiofun 50 tractor dump oil line

The steps for installing the dump fuel line on 2011 Tokiofeng Fengyun 50 tractor are as follows:

1.Drain the grease, and in the original grease gun, install a pressurized grease gun and change the position.

2, unscrew the gas cap, the other end is inserted into the gas shut-off valve, the interface needs to be connected with a hose, otherwise there will be a mixture of oil and gas.

3, with a grease gun aligned with the tractor's front and rear axle centers and hubcap vent holes, use a little force to push the grease gun forward until it is filled with grease.

4.Unscrew the vent hole connector and wipe off the excess grease so as not to dirty the hub.

5. Grease both the front and rear axles, then operate the lift arm.

6, raise the bucket, must be above the ground more than 1 meter, loosen the movable arm, and then make the bucket in the parallel descending position, then lock the movable arm.

7. Observe the oil meter, when the oil meter reaches between 1 and 2 grams, loosen the movable arm, then make the bucket in the parallel descending position, then lock the movable arm.

8, loosen the movable arm, then make the bucket in the parallel descending position, then lock the movable arm.

9, put the bucket on the ground, and then check whether the grease has filled the axle pin hole from the observation hole.
