How to treat the printing and dyeing wastewater produced by the printing plant?
Printing and dyeing wastewater from printing factories usually contains large amounts of dyes, inks and other chemicals that pollute the environment and water resources. In order to minimize the negative impact on the environment, printing and dyeing wastewater needs to be treated.
The following are a few common methods of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment:
Physical treatment method: large particles of impurities and suspended matter in wastewater are removed through physical processes such as filtration, precipitation and separation. This method can effectively reduce the turbidity and color of the wastewater, but can not remove dyes and organic pollutants.
Chemical treatment method: the use of chemicals such as coagulants, oxidizers and other pollutants in the wastewater reaction, so that it is converted into harmless substances. Commonly used chemical treatments include chemical precipitation, chlorination disinfection, ozone oxidation and so on.
Biological treatment: the use of microbial metabolism to decompose organic pollutants in wastewater into inorganic compounds or carbon dioxide and water. Common biological treatment techniques include activated sludge, biofilm and anaerobic digestion.
Integrated treatment: combining physical, chemical and biological treatment technologies to form a complete wastewater treatment system to achieve the best treatment results. For example, chemical methods can be used to remove large molecules of organic matter, then biological methods can be used to treat the remaining organic matter, and finally physical treatment can be carried out to further purify the water quality.
No matter which treatment method is used, the quality of the wastewater needs to be monitored regularly to ensure that the treated wastewater meets discharge standards and does not pose a risk to the environment and human health.
