Sometimes "heaven and man" refers to all beings between heaven and desire, so it is also called "man and heaven", because heaven and earth belong to good places, and only people who have not committed serious crimes can be born here. Heaven and man live in heaven, which is one of the six paths in reincarnation. All beings have five classics, and they are born in heaven because of practicing ten good deeds. Among them, if you don't practice meditation and can't live without the ground, you will live in heaven for the earth. For more than four nights, because of meditation, I live in the air without relying on the ground. But because his concentration has not yet reached, that is, he has not yet entered the fundamental meditation, he has not left the realm of desire. That is, sitting up and taking a photo, reconciling the breath, being silent and quiet, like a cloud, and still seeing the body and mind, it is said that the desire is determined, and it is the day of desire. If you can practice basic Zen and leave the rough world of desire, you will be born in the color world.
