What are the three-system certification companies?

1. Selection of certification bodies: recommended by consulting companies or independently selected by enterprises;

2. Submit an application for certification: the enterprise submits an application to the certification body and signs the certification agreement. Application documents generally include: application form, management manual and other electronic system documents, enterprise business license and other qualifications, internal audit documents;

3. Document review: the certification body reviews whether the quality manual of the applicant enterprise meets the standard requirements;

4. On-site audit: the audit team enters the enterprise site to audit the operation of the quality system to determine whether the actual operation of the quality system meets the requirements of the standard and the enterprise's own quality system documents;

5. Rectification of non-conformities: rectify the non-conformities in the on-site audit and submit them to the audit team leader for confirmation.

6. Registration and certification: After the above processes are completed and meet the requirements, the certification body will register the enterprise quality system and grant the certification certificate.

7. Supervision and audit: The continuous validity of certificates and registrations is ensured through annual supervision and audit, which is usually conducted once a day from the date of issuance of certificates.
