How to draw a mechanical arm

The stick figure method of the mechanical arm is as follows:

1. Draw a simple outline of the excavator body with lines.

2. Draw the window of the excavator.

3. Draw the base and tires of the excavator at the bottom of the fuselage.

4. Draw a part of the mechanical arm of the excavator on the left side of the fuselage.

Mechanical arm refers to a complex system with high precision, multi-input and multi-output, high nonlinearity and strong coupling. Because of its unique operation flexibility, it is widely used in industrial assembly, safety and explosion-proof fields.

Manipulator is a complex system with uncertainties such as parameter perturbation, external interference and unmodeled dynamics. Therefore, the modeling model of the manipulator is also uncertain. For different tasks, it is necessary to plan the trajectory of the joint space of the manipulator to form the end pose in cascade.

The mechanical arm uses a spring-lubricated rod, and it only needs to be replaced once a year unless there is evidence that the guide rail is not fully lubricated. Equipped with automatic lubrication system, it can be lubricated continuously during the robot movement. But if the robot can't move normally on some surfaces, then these areas need manual lubrication or regular programming to realize the lubrication of the automatic lubrication system.

If you notice that any moving surfaces are rusty or worn, or too dry, it means that they are not lubricated. Please refer to the robot manual to properly lubricate the metal parts. Composite beam-the traditional gear system is automatically lubricated by lubricating oil storage device, but it needs to be replaced every year.
