Mengniu first established market management accounting because it established three major departments: operation finance department, marketing finance department and financial management department. The financial departments coordinate with each other, manage financial activities in an integrated way, and transmit financial information to the business departments through analysis and sorting, so as to realize the management mode of combining industry with finance and better provide decision support for business decisions.
