Taiji vertical pile

First of all, briefly talk about the logical method of Taiji.

"Tao never produces yin and yang." Yin and Yang are two completely different properties. It is both relative and solvable. On the contrary: the cathode must be reversed and the anode must be changed. Those who are compatible embrace yin and yang, and everything flourishes. This is a principle that will never change. It is also the root of Tao. This is the essence of Taoism's famous Taiji theory.

The name of Taiji has a long history: it first appeared in the Book of Changes? In the copula, it is said that "it is too easy to have, and it is the birth of two instruments". In the Qing Dynasty, Wang Zongyue said in "On the Biography of Taiji": "Taiji is born without promise, and the mother of Yin and Yang is also." Everyone has said the meaning of Tai Chi: that is, Tai Chi evolved from infinity, which is yin and yang. The representation of nature is heaven and earth, day and night. Therefore, the ancients constantly summed up and improved this theory, and finally came to the conclusion that "everything in the world can be divided into yin and yang". And use it to help people observe and understand things and their development. The dialectical theoretical system of the unity of opposites of Yin and Yang is widely used in various fields.

Taiji principle mainly talks about the dialectical relationship between the unity of opposites of Yin and Yang. It should be said that it is suitable for any field, including martial arts. Pay more attention to the dynamic and static changes of yin and yang in Wushu. For example, the movement in Wushu and the quietness in Gong Zhuang both embody the principle of Taiji. Speaking of martial arts, let alone Gong Zhuang! Gong Zhuang's practices include static piles and dynamic piles. Because the forms of practice are different, the specific requirements are also different, depending on the purpose of practice.

Second, the working principle of tai chi pile

Wudang Taiyimen attaches great importance to Gong Zhuang's cultivation, and tai chi pile is the starting point of Wudang Taiyimen's secret Dan method, which is a representative piling method. Tai chi pile's cultivation method highlights the characteristics of Wudang Taiyi martial arts, and also perfectly embodies the specific application of Taiji theory in internal work.

Tai chi pile has a long history of work. It is said that tai chi pile's work was handed down by Lao Zi, and Yin Zhenren stayed in Wudang. Although this statement cannot be verified, according to the function and effect of this pile, it can be seen that the person who invented this pile is a saint. The Great Sage is proficient in many theories, such as Yin-Yang and Five Elements, human meridians, martial arts, alchemy and so on.

Tai chi pile's method is unique in the aspect of phase training: from its beginning, it is to seek the three talents of heaven, earth and man to practice phase together. The so-called three talents are: (1) the ultimate in training human beings-the heavy feeling of arms; (2) Cultivating human infinity-the mixed elements of Tian Dan; (3) practicing Tai Chi-light legs. When the three talents are combined, they enter infinity, become mixed elements, and succeed. Then, we strive for strength, and strive for both rigidity and softness in the exertion of physical strength. The transformation of Yin and Yang is legal, as the founder said: "Strength and Tai Chi are still embodied in one law. Take Tai Ji Chuan Pile as an example: When you study hard, you should exert yourself first, so as to open your bones and muscles. Throw it away when you're finished. If you throw it away, it'll be loose. If it's loose, it'll be soft. Just seek softness, just use softness, combine rigidity and softness, start Tai Chi, be seamless, and have a perfect merit. " Use rigidity first, then abandon rigidity, and softness will appear. As the saying goes, after the yang is exhausted, the yin is self-generated, and one yin and one yang are used alternately, and the cycle is Tai Chi. Thus, tai chi pile's strength and flexibility changes are measured.

Tai chi pile's inner consciousness activity is also unique:

(1) Take Tai Chi first. First, move the gallbladder meridian of foot shaoyang, and promote the qi of kidney meridian of foot shaoyin with the qi of gallbladder meridian of foot shaoyang. Thus, the two meridians, Shaoyang and Shaoyin, exchange and embrace each other, forming an Atai pool pattern in which one yin and one yang are alternately and repeatedly used. Zu Shaoyang's gallbladder meridian is still active and active in his master's gallbladder. It is more courageous and has the ability of spiritual practice. It is fearless in the face of the enemy, and Mount Tai collapses in front of it without being tempted. It is a necessary meridian for practicing martial arts. It is more important to blend the kidney meridian of foot shaoyin with the gallbladder meridian of foot shaoyang. The kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin governs the kidney in human body, which is the ancestral gas reservoir of human beings, and the essence of human beings is epigenetic. It has the functions of strengthening bones and muscles, strengthening spirit, hearing and eyesight, and nourishing the five internal organs, and is an important viscera for strengthening the body and repairing the truth and sanctifying. The strength of the kidney will directly affect the results of practicing martial arts and repairing the truth. So it is very necessary to practice the above two classics first. In addition, the direct result of the exchange of shaoyin and shaoyang meridians is the increase of renal water! In this way, the five internal organs can be moistened, as the ancestor Yan said: "In one method, those who move Yang first and then move Yin, that is, take the true Yang in the column and add the true Yin in it. For example, tai chi pile, first raise the pure yang in the kidney, and then add the true yin in the heart. " True yang rises and true yin falls. When yin and yang alternated and began to enter Tai Chi repeatedly, Dan succeeded.

(2) Tendons are easy to strengthen bones and regulate qi: For those who are easy to strengthen muscles, through the adjustment of body posture, the muscles and meridians of the body are fully activated to make them strong and powerful. As the old saying goes, the tendon is one inch long and the strength is one point long, which fully illustrates the role of tendon. Strengthening muscle and bone exercise is undoubtedly beneficial to the softness and lightness of the body. According to the traditional health preserving theory, there are three ways for the human body to provide energy: 1, invigorating qi through meridians; 2. Oxygen supply in blood; 3. Energy supply in tendon. It can be seen that the training of Yijinjing has a theoretical basis, and the effectiveness of this method has also been proved in practice.

Bone vine: fully activate the skin membrane and periosteum of the body through a specific method, so that it gradually produces an empty drum-like airbag. With this characteristic function, they have a strong ability to resist external attacks. Bones and vines have two points: 1, and the rise between skin and flesh is the first barrier to effectively resist external invasion. 2, the rise between the bones and muscles, the so-called prancing. This is the last line of defense against foreign invasion. Whether it can effectively resist foreign invasion depends on the quality of Yijinjing's Gu Teng Kung Fu. Airbags produced by muscles and bones are fully developed throughout the body. The so-called Qi: the Qi obtained through various training methods. The practitioner distributes the Qi in the air bag between the muscles and bones of the whole body through special methods, so that it has great body protection ability. This method is called gas distribution.

Tai Ji Chuan Zhuang, through different conscious activities, combines three different kung fu skills, namely relaxing muscles, strengthening bones and regulating qi, and achieves multiple purposes of keeping in good health, practicing qi and strengthening muscles.

(3) There are rules to follow when the strength changes:

In the practice of Neijia Kung Fu, there is often a saying of strength. The so-called strength: it is the strength of martial arts attack. Neijia Kung Fu usually divides strength into two types: 1, acquired strength, that is, the strength produced by people's own muscles. 2, innate strength, the potential energy brought by the human body itself, commonly known as innate strength. The first practice of Neijiagong is to show the innate internal strength through certain training methods.

Force changer: The main purpose of Neijia Kung Fu is to replace acquired muscle strength, and acquired strength recedes and innate internal strength is born. The traditional inner-family theory calls this process: the power changer.

Tai chi pile still followed the principle of Tai Chi in changing force, starting from infinity and then following the principle of Tai Chi, two instruments, four images, eight segments and nine palaces.

(1) Top-down variable force: Starting from the internal strength of the upper body yang meridian, the internal strength changes to the lower body. During this period, with the constant change of consciousness, the internal qi and blood circulate all over the lower body, making the meridians of the lower limbs complete and full, revealing lightness in calmness, and the newly built body is soft.

(2) Change the strength from bottom to top: change the strength from waist back to arms. At the same time, with the constant change of consciousness, the qi and blood in the body also enrich the upper limbs. When the meridians are complete and enriched, the arms are full of heaviness and lightness.

(3) Changing the force from the center to the tip: Based on the principle of "strength comes from the abdomen", changing the force from the center to the tip. Make the internal qi and internal strength flow from the abdomen to the four ends, and fill them in turn, so that the internal strength can be transported and the meridians can be unblocked, and then the trinity of internal and external can be achieved, and the mind can be moved, and the whole body can be integrated into one, and the whole body is like Mount Tai.

(4) Six-in-one strength: What is strength? That is, the whole body is integrated inside and outside, and the overall strength is consistent. Through the continuous use of consciousness transformation when standing piles, the horizontal, vertical and internal and external forces of the body are organically integrated. Under the guidance of consciousness, from the abdomen to the limbs, one by one, so that when conscious movement, qi reaches the four ends, gradually starts, and the whole body moves. There is a feeling that Mount Tai is the top of the mountain and tall buildings are falling.

(4) Practicing Qi in Dantian Peiyuan: "Practicing Qi in Dantian" is required by all martial arts, and tai chi pile is particularly unique in this respect. Move your yang first, and then your whole body will be active. Less yang moves and less yin moves, and less yin moves will replenish the congenital yuan yang, strengthen the five internal organs, practice the essence of the acquired grain, turn it into qi to replenish the five internal organs, and practice the innate true yang to replenish the true yin in the heart, so as to achieve the realm of Dan Tao and Xiaozhongtian when yin and yang are exchanged. After that, the qi of the whole body is directed to Tian Chan, paying attention to the breathing, opening and closing, swaying and filling of Tian Chan. Let Tian Dan, the source of this qi movement, fully absorb the vitality of the whole body and make it more substantial and solid. In the whole process of practicing, jing yuan constantly transformed into vitality through the abdomen, and then opened the meridians, so that the vitality of the abdomen was transported to various organs in the body through the meridians and enriched in the five internal organs. Gradually achieve prosperity, full of gas, and full of spirit. The miscellaneous elements of Tian Dan are full of vigor and vitality, which makes necessary preparations for Sunday's menstruation.

(5) Exercise Qi on Sunday-Follow the Meridian: The martial arts of Wudang Taiyimen are all aimed at practicing essence, starting with practicing Dantian mixed vitality, and then following the Meridian by luck, so that Dantian mixed vitality can follow different meridians according to the needs of internal strength to meet the requirements of different kungfu. This is the so-called "Qi-following the classics". Tai Ji Chuan Zhuang is no exception: First, starting from the two meridians of Foot Shaoyang and Foot Shaoyin, make qi circulate along the meridians, and then make qi circulate on the Du Meridian and Ren Meridian, so as to achieve the purpose of a small Sunday, which is necessary for martial arts and Dan Gong. The ultimate pursuit of tai chi pile's external skill is to circulate qi in the middle of the week, and mix elements and qi in the meridians of the whole body, so as to achieve the state of "dense method like a cage". Only by practicing to this level can tai chi pile achieve excellent kung fu in external work.

(6) Guanghua accepts and practices God:

God is the commander-in-chief of internal work. If you practice God's clarity, your mind will become flexible. Consciousness is the monarch in internal strength training, and any kung fu training method can not be separated from the use of consciousness. Therefore, when practicing tai chi pile Kung Fu, we should pay great attention to the use of consciousness. The so-called "absorbing essence" means: in the process of practice, absorbing essence, paying attention to the use and transformation of consciousness and the changes of qi and blood circulation in the body. On the other hand, introspection and psychological defense are essential methods to practice Tai Ji Chuan Pile. It is also the concrete embodiment of tai chi pile's integration of martial arts. God's sense, mind, spirit and strength are the basic requirements of the internal trinity of internal work. The law of practicing qi through endoscopy is the method of practicing internal strength. "The inner tunnel can only be observed by bystanders" more fully shows that Shen Guang adduction can open the meridian tunnel. After Guanghua's adduction, with the adduction of divine light, the mind of the yogi gradually tends to be stable and serene, and then gradually enters a state of meditation, reaching the realm of great progress in internal strength.

Third, Tai Ji Chuan's posture and action structure.

The correct walking of the pile frame is the basic condition to ensure the upper body of kung fu, and the understanding of posture reflects the power of mind and wisdom.

Tai chi pile is an introductory kung fu of Wudang Taiyi Secret School, and he also has specific requirements for pile frame and structure. Now discuss in the following:

(1) tai chi pile (1):

Exercise posture: the body stands naturally, with feet shoulder-width apart, forming a figure of 1 1. Keep your head straight, lower your eyes and squint forward and downward, and relax from head to toe. Hands droop naturally and stick to both sides of thighs. The tongue sticks to the front teeth and gums.

Mind method: after the body relaxes, visualize yourself and the vast universe and enter the realm of ecstasy.

(2) tai chi pile (2)

1, feet flat, one foot wider than shoulders, feet standing in the shape of 1 1, relaxing from head to toe in turn, and then legs slightly bent to form a high horse pile, indicating that the crotch is round. Pull back with your chest.

Slowly raise your arms to shoulder level, with your elbows slightly below your shoulders. Put the scapula firmly on your chest, and your arms are in a ring shape on your chest. (in terms of physical comfort).

2. Hands and fingers naturally open and bend, looking like Tiger Claw. Hands are 2 inches apart, palms inward, about 1 foot 3 inches from the chest, forming an oblate circle.

3, the head is not biased, the neck is upright, and the head is comfortable.

4. Keep your eyes wide open and look straight with your hands (you can also look straight at a distant target). Don't open your eyes too wide.

Thinking method:

1, the shoulder well conforms to the spring 1-2 minutes. Find a feeling of relaxation. The spring has numbness, fever and swelling.

2. Relax your shoulders, meandering pool and Hegu.

3, shoulder blade front paste.

4, hip front sticker.

5. External support of knee joint.

6, arm external support (that is, external support and holding the ball).

7. I will stay in my abdomen and take a deep breath.

1–7 Each action takes1–2 minutes, and a cycle takes 8–10 minutes. You can do several cycles, usually 8–10 cycles.

(3) tai chi pile (3) (closed):

Exercise posture: from the original posture, hands are folded from both sides of the body to the abdomen, and hands overlap. The delivery palace in the left hand is buckled in the right hand, and the delivery palace is buckled in the abdomen, with the head straight and looking forward.

Heart method: the qi of the whole body is intended to restore the abdomen through the meridians of the limbs.

Four, Tai Ji Chuan pile posture and action requirements.

(1) The head is easy to straighten: the head occupies the highest position in the human body, is the king of the human body, and is the master of the whole body. Tilting is not desirable. As the saying goes, "If your head is not straight, it will tilt down." The head is clear and dignified, the chin will be straight and the head will stand upright, which is of great guiding significance to the whole body.

(2) Shoulders are easy to follow: For those who follow the shoulders, the shoulders are flat and smooth in the left and right directions, that is to say, the shoulder blades extend to the left and right in a balanced, parallel and stretching manner, without staying or towering, so as to combine strength. This trend is the basic framework requirement of this pile.

(3) The chest is easy to come out: the majesty of the person who comes out of the chest lies in the chest. Not chest. It is powerful, it is wrong. Conducive to the flexibility of the waist, so the body is light and the whole body is easy to work together.

(4) The waist is easy to stabilize: the waist is the center of human joints, the link between the limbs moving up and down, and the center of gravity. So the most important thing about the waist is stability. If it is stable and thick, it will be solid. The upper and lower qi is not stagnant, and the strength is not empty.

(5) Feet are easy to stand firm: people who are stable enough should put their feet flat and buckle the inside of their big toes to make their feet stand firmly on the ground. As the old saying goes, all strength comes from the feet, and whether the feet stand firm or not will directly affect the gait, body shape and power-generating ability. When practicing, you must stretch your muscles and bones, and you can't use clumsy strength, otherwise your feet will be unstable. How can we succeed?

(6) Knees are easy to bend: knees should be good at bending, and straightening in bending is the way to stabilize the footwall. The knees are slightly bent and stretched up and down, so that the tendons are stretched and the footwall is stable. You must not use the clumsy strength of the day after tomorrow when practicing. Clumsy, eating gravity all his life, he loses the stability of the earth. You should know that the clumsy strength of the knee will hinder the movement of Qi for a lifetime, and the body will be uncomfortable and the joints of the body will lose flexibility. Practice should have the meaning of external support.

(7) Easy grip: Holding Yuan and keeping one is the specific requirement of practicing Tai Chi. When making meritorious deeds, put your hands together, just like an old man holding a tree. The elbow is bent, the wrist is flat, and the five fingers are naturally separated. This is the basic posture of standing on the Tai Ji Chuan pile. When doing work, try to make elbows and arms extend in parallel, so as to achieve the purpose of stretching muscles and running the machine freely.

(8) Vertebral straightness: The spine is the support of the human body, the channel of many nerves, and the main way to dominate human activities and conduct consciousness. Therefore, the straighter this passage is, the more experience and nervous consciousness it transmits, which makes people agile, while the back is straight, the waist is easy to get down, the upper body is relaxed, and the qi is unimpeded, and its innate true work comes out.

Five, tai chi pile internal strength inspection standards.

Tai chi pile, a member of the Secret Dan Sect of Wudang Taiyimen, is famous for his 100-day achievements.
