Whenever the drilling team moves or tows, the leader on duty will lead a team to the site for monitoring, focusing on the implementation of the responsibilities of the on-site dispatching, the duty cadres of the transportation company, the third-level security personnel and the chief cadres of the drilling team, as well as the convening of the relocation coordination meeting. The monitoring results of the leader's shift are reported once every quarter, and the leadership responsibilities are urged to be implemented. This measure taken by our unit has effectively put an end to personal injury accidents in the relocation construction of drilling teams, especially in special periods such as winter production and Spring Festival, and can also effectively control the occurrence of violations and accidents, achieving the expected purpose.
2. Innovate the safety training mode to improve the safety skills of new employees.
The drilling team's field construction is far from the station, so it is difficult to concentrate on training. In this regard, our unit actively innovates the training form, adopts the training mode of "standardized operation demonstration class", sends teachers to the door, and carries out "hands-on" intensive training for new employees Wherever the "demonstration class" goes, the team members pair up with the workers on duty, guide the workers on duty to operate according to the standard, conduct inspections according to the patrol inspection route, point out irregular behaviors in time, and propose improvement methods and measures. In addition, our unit actively carried out technical competitions for new employees, which improved their awareness of "creating excellence" and provided a guarantee for improving their safety quality and operation level.
3. Refine safety inspection and improve assessment measures.
In order to improve the inspection effect, we must improve the inspection methods and assessment measures. The unit has explored this in many aspects and formed three management measures: First, the detailed rules for safety inspection of drilling teams are formulated in combination with the actual situation, and the safety management personnel and team leaders of drilling teams regularly check the problems existing in the equipment and facilities, tools and accessories and safety protection devices on the construction site one by one, promptly correct the illegal behaviors of field personnel, and make timely rectification when problems are found; Second, improve the assessment methods. In this regard, our unit put forward the requirements of "administrative cadres learn ideological and political methods and party and government cadres learn safety management knowledge", adhere to the "two legs" and give full play to the advantages of ideological and political work.
