The distribution grades allowed by the state are as follows:

1. Non-direct selling enterprises can only adopt a three-level distribution system at most. If it exceeds the three-level distribution, it is suspected of breaking the law. 2. Direct selling enterprises that have legally obtained direct selling licenses can exceed three levels.

3. It is suggested to investigate clearly and not to participate in non-direct selling enterprises above level 3, which is illegal.

The three-level distribution business process is as follows:

When a friend enters the mall to buy goods by scanning the QR code, the friend will automatically become a first-class dealer, and the dealer can get a first-class sales commission.

2. Become a secondary dealer: the primary dealer recommends a friend to become a secondary dealer, and the secondary dealer enters the mall to buy goods by scanning the QR code of the primary dealer, and then the secondary dealer automatically becomes a secondary dealer, and the dealer can get a secondary commission.

3. Become a third-level distributor: the second-level distributor recommends a friend to become a third-level distributor. To sum up: according to national laws, including myself, +A+B is a formal level 3, and it is illegal to exceed level 3. The three-level distribution market is my+A+B+C type three-level distribution, that is, four levels. First of all, it can't exceed level 3, and second, the rebate rate can't exceed 50%. In the name of selling goods and providing services, organizations or leaders require participants to obtain membership qualifications by paying fees or purchasing goods and services, and form a hierarchy in a certain order. Whoever, directly or indirectly, lures or coerces participants to continue to develop pyramid schemes by taking the number of people who have developed as the basis for remuneration or rebate, defrauds property and disrupts economic and social order, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years and fined.
