Sansancai is painted with which kinds of main colors
San Cai is painted with yellow, green, purple three main colors, Su San Cai is a special porcelain glaze, originated in the Ming Dynasty during the reign of Zhengde, and in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty reached its peak. This porcelain is characterized by the unglazed plain tire, applied to the green, yellow, aubergine purple three colors, hence the name "plain three colors". This porcelain does not use red, because red in ancient times was called "meat color", while the other colors are called "vegetarian". The production method is in the high-temperature firing of plain porcelain tires with colored glaze filled with engraved patterns, and then fired at low temperatures. Compared with other porcelains such as wucai and doucai, the patterns of the plain three-color usually use cone engraving to show that the process is relatively crude.
