How to plant mangoes

1. Seed: Remove the core of mango, remove the nuts in the core, then soak in water for a period of time, take it out and put it on a wet cloth to accelerate germination. 2. Soil: Prepare loose, breathable and fertile soil, and disinfect the soil before planting. 3. Planting: To plant mango seeds in the soil, it is necessary to expose the part with tender buds outside the soil, then slightly compact the soil and water it properly.

Growth habit of mango

Mango likes warmth and is not resistant to frost. The optimum growth temperature is 25-30℃. When the temperature is lower than 20℃, the growth is slow. When the temperature is lower than 10℃, the leaves and inflorescences stop growing, and the nearly ripe fruits suffer from chilling injury.

Mango is a kind of fruit tree that likes light. Adequate light can promote flower bud differentiation, blossom and set fruit, and improve fruit quality and appearance. Mango with insufficient light has less flowers and fruits, and its appearance and quality are poor.

If the air of mango is too dry during flowering and early fruiting, it is easy to cause flowers and fruits to fall. Too much rain can easily lead to rotten flowers and poor pollination and fertilization.
