In modern medicine, clinical examination is an important content, which can provide accurate reference for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and prognosis evaluation of diseases. With the outstanding development achievements of medical science and technology, medical examination technology is also developing continuously. The accuracy of examination results is the key to ensure effective diagnosis and control of diseases, which is directly related to medical quality. Therefore, paying attention to the quality control of medical examination is of great significance to improve the therapeutic effect and the relationship between doctors and patients [1]. In this survey, clinical laboratory patients were randomly divided into groups, and the results of strengthening quality control management and routine management were compared. The results are summarized as follows.
1 data and methods
1. 1 general information
From May 2065438 to May 2065438+May 2005, 200 patients were selected from our hospital for clinical examination, including 65438 males and 96 females, and chemical examination, microbiological examination, immunological examination and hematological examination were carried out respectively. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 65438 000 cases in each group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). 0.05), comparable.
1.2 method
The control group adopted the routine management plan during the inspection, while the observation group paid attention to the existing problems, formulated targeted solutions and implemented them. The gymnastics steps were as follows:
1.2. 1 quality control issues:
(1) Specimen collection: The subjects' diet, exercise and drugs used can all affect the test results, and the geographical location, age, gender and nationality of the patients can also affect the test results. When collecting specimens, patients should be instructed to stop taking drugs and collect specimens in quiet or normal activities. However, if the operation is improper, such as injecting blood directly into a test tube without pulling a needle after venous blood collection, hemolysis will occur. Taking blood from the vein of the infusion arm will dilute the blood sample.
(2) Inspection equipment problems: improper maintenance and aging of the instrument will affect the sensitivity of detection and cause problems of accuracy; The problems in the inspection process are caused by the limited level of inspectors or the failure to master the functions, standard operation and precautions of the instrument; For example, when changing reagents, the parameters of related instruments have not changed, and the consciousness of standardizing and saving samples is not strong, which induces operational errors and leads to large errors in test results. The reagent used is not set according to the specification requirements, and an error event occurs.
(3) Man-made problems: In recent years, with the rapid development of medical science and technology, the inspection instruments are more and more advanced and the degree of automation is higher, but people are still needed to complete all the operations. Therefore, in the detection test, the operator's operation error is one of the main reasons leading to the result error. Personnel operation errors mainly include: too long sample exposure time, irregular operation habits, differences in sample detection peak area integral, insufficient attention to detection results, etc., which can all lead to adverse events.
(4) Indoor quality evaluation and indoor quality control: indoor quality control means indoor quality control. Paying attention to the development of indoor quality control is an important measure to monitor the stability of instruments and equipment, inspection methods, operating environment, processes and reagents, and also a weather vane to ensure the correct inspection results. Inter-laboratory quality evaluation is ventricular interstitial evaluation. Strengthening the evaluation of ventricular interstitial can evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the test results and ensure that the results are consistent or comparable to those of other units.
(5) Problems after inspection and analysis: In medical inspection, the review and audit of results is the last line of defense to ensure quality. Inspectors usually rely too much on advanced instruments and equipment, and are prone to error reports, such as abnormal test results in automated hematology analyzer, failure to recheck according to manual rules, and issuance of error reports.
1.2.2 countermeasure analysis:
(1) Pre-inspection quality control: ① Ensure the quality of samples: before collecting samples, pay attention to the application of humanistic care concept, actively communicate with patients and their families to explain, understand the illness, mood and physiological changes, inform the purpose, significance, precautions and influencing factors of the required inspection items, improve cooperation and compliance, complete the collection in a calm and quiet state, and ensure the authenticity and quietness of the samples. ② Qualified samples: Strictly carry out three checks and seven pairs of collection to confirm and verify patient information. When collecting samples, there are strict requirements on time, place, posture, sampling method and quantity. For example, blood samples are usually collected on an empty stomach16 hours, and patients remain calm, quiet and normal before 9 am. When collecting urine samples, patients should eat regularly and avoid sex, exercise and drinking. When collecting after menstruation, women should pay attention to cleaning the urethral orifice, external genitalia and surrounding skin to avoid being polluted by menstrual blood and vaginal secretions. Once the sample is collected, it has real effect and needs to be sent for inspection in time. If you don't have the conditions for timely inspection, you need to keep it correctly to prevent deterioration or denaturation, which will affect the inspection results [2].
(2) Quality control in inspection: ① Instrument maintenance: The normal operation of instruments is of great significance in the inspection process. Inspectors need to do maintenance, regular performance evaluation and calibration to ensure stable performance and normal operation. Once there is a problem, they need to inform the supplier in time for replacement or maintenance. At the same time, train medical technicians in the laboratory to prevent human error. (2) To ensure that the inspection reagent is qualified, strictly manage the storage environment and aging of the reagent, and pay attention to the shelf life and production date before use, so as to avoid inducing wrong results due to the failure or deterioration of the reagent. Establish a system for the storage and use of reagents to ensure effectiveness and safety and improve the accuracy of test results. ③ Improve the comprehensive quality of inspectors: Modern instruments are all finely operated, and inspectors need to have theoretical knowledge and operational skills. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen technical operation training and business study, master instrument operation rules, detection principles, interference factors, graphs and data of test results, the meaning of alarm and how to maintain and debug, master performance evaluation and calibration standards, and prevent operational errors. At the same time, we should have a strong sense of responsibility and love, combine our own technical level, make a reasonable explanation of patients' questions, actively communicate with other departments, understand patients' condition, and evaluate whether the results are accurate in combination with clinical symptoms, so as to improve our detection ability.
(4) Actively carry out the management of indoor quality control and interstitial evaluation: before sample testing, calibrate instruments, conduct indoor quality control, and test the testing parameters and performance of instruments and equipment. Only under normal circumstances can samples be tested. If it is out of control, it is necessary to record it, analyze the reasons, actively correct it, and then carry out testing. Pay attention to the accuracy of quality control. Pay attention to the evaluation of ventricular interstitium to ensure that the test results are consistent with those of other units and comparable.

3 discussion
Medical laboratory plays an important role in modern medicine, which is a comprehensive subject, and its quality management directly affects the overall medical level [3]. There are many problems that cause errors in test results, which need comprehensive analysis and active prevention and control to reduce the unqualified rate of specimen inspection. In this survey, the observation group discussed the problems caused by personnel, instruments, equipment, reagents and other factors in the process of specimen collection and inspection before inspection, and formulated targeted prevention and control countermeasures, such as paying attention to communication with patients before specimen collection, strengthening the maintenance and inspection of instruments and equipment, paying attention to cultivating the comprehensive quality of inspectors, and actively carrying out indoor quality control and outdoor quality evaluation, which is of great significance to reducing the unqualified rate of inspection and improving patient satisfaction [4]. This result confirmed that the observation group was obviously superior to the control group. To sum up, in view of the problems existing in laboratory quality management, it can improve the inspection quality to formulate targeted countermeasures, including the management of specimen collection, inspection equipment and reagents, inspection personnel and so on.

Professional identity is the emotional acceptance and recognition of learners on the basis of understanding their major, accompanied by positive external behavior and internal appropriateness. It is a process in which emotions, attitudes and even cognition move in [1]. Professional cognition is not only the basis for students to form positive professional feelings, but also the necessary condition for students to actively participate in learning activities [2]. Under the professional education-oriented undergraduate talent training mode, the degree of professional identity of China college students has an important impact on their learning [3]. At present, medical majors in major universities in China have done a lot of research on college students' professional identity and its influencing factors. Among them, clinical and nursing majors are the most, and medical laboratory majors are relatively few, and the cognitive investigation of medical laboratory majors in private universities is even less. As an important part of professional attitude, medical laboratory professional identity requires not only laboratory students to have knowledge of corresponding disciplines, but also their own views and understanding of the purpose, significance and role of laboratory specialty setting. Their understanding and belief in laboratory work is directly related to the cultivation of high-quality and high-level laboratory talents in China. Knowing the professional identity of freshmen is helpful for laboratory educators to find problems in the process of professional education, thus stabilizing the laboratory technical team and promoting the development of medical laboratory specialty. By investigating the basic situation of undergraduates majoring in medical laboratory in Changsha Medical College, we can understand the current situation of their professional identity and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide a basis for educators to optimize professional curriculum construction and teaching practice, carry out professional cognitive education and improve training quality.

2. 1 Overview of professional identity of medical laboratory students
The score of professional identification is (90.800 10.209), and the degree of professional identification is average. Most students' professional identity is in general identity (50 ~)
2.2 Basic information
The age of freshmen majoring in medical laboratory is 17~2 1 year, including 85 females (73.3%) and 3 males (26.7%). Women's professional identity is greater than that of men. Judging from the source of students and family economic situation, 64 (55.2%) students with household registration in rural areas are slightly higher than 52 (44.8%) students with household registration in cities and towns, and 54.3% students have a monthly income of less than 2,000 yuan. Most students' family economic income is low, and they may have a heavy burden. Students whose monthly income is less than 1000 yuan have the highest professional identity score. In terms of admission methods, there are 78 students (67.2%) enrolled in the first choice, followed by those enrolled in the second choice (12.9%), and the professional identity score of the first choice [(9 1.560 9.685)] is greater than that of the second choice [(89.930 65438+)]. Class cadres account for 40.5% and ordinary students account for 59.5%. The scores of class cadres and ordinary students are close. Among the main reasons for studying, 38.8% of them listen to their parents' opinions, followed by those who are good at finding jobs, accounting for 25.8%, and only 19.0% study because they like it.

3. 1 Analysis of professional appraisal results
The results of this survey show that the professional identity of freshmen majoring in medical laboratory in private universities is generally higher than that of students majoring in medical laboratory technology in Langfang Health Vocational College surveyed by Ma Jie [5] and close to that of freshmen majoring in nursing in Inner Mongolia surveyed by Kang Xiaolin [6]. The reason may be related to the students in private schools. The basic survey results show that the location of household registration, the way of admission and the position held at school have no obvious influence on the score of professional identity, but gender, family income and the reasons for studying this major have great influence on the score of professional identity. The total score of male students' professional identity is lower than that of female students, which is partly consistent with the survey results of _ _ Hong [7], [4] and Peng [8] on college students' professional identity. This may be the influence of traditional gender culture on professional identity [9]. For example, in service majors such as kindergarten teachers' major, nursing major and social work, the professional identity of boys is obviously lower than that of girls. Judging from the source of students and family economic conditions, there are still many students with rural hukou, accounting for 55.2%, which is slightly higher than that with urban hukou. Among them, the monthly income of 54.3% students' families is below 2,000 yuan, which shows that most freshmen's families in grades 2065 and 438+05 have low income and heavy burden. The survey results show that students whose monthly family income is less than 1 000 yuan have the highest score of professional identity, while students with lower family income in rural areas may cherish the admission opportunities, love their majors more, and have a more mature understanding of study life than other students, so their professional identity is higher than that of students from other family income groups. The professional identity of freshmen shows that they like it better than their parents' opinions and it is easier to find a job than other reasons. Although only 19.0% students like this major, they are higher than the other three groups in professional knowledge, professional emotion, professional will, professional values and professional skills, so learning reasons are the most important factor affecting freshmen's professional identity. Personal preference will directly affect your knowledge and understanding of your major. In this survey, students who like to study this major (19.0%) are proud of their major, have completely accepted the inspection major in their hearts, will actively and optimistically face and solve the problems in their professional study, and often pay attention to the inspection dynamics, thinking that being an inspector can realize the value of life. There are also 64.6% students who choose this major because of their parents' opinions or their willingness to find a job. Most of them may come from rural areas or low-income families. When choosing a major, students and parents are more concerned about the ease of employment in the future and the convenience of family members for medical treatment. Few families choose their majors according to their children's preferences, which leads to the ignorance of most students and the loss of professional identity due to blind choice.
3.2 Countermeasures to improve the professional identity of freshmen majoring in medical laboratory technology
Freshmen who have just entered the university gate are in a special stage of establishing their professional thoughts and feelings, and their professional cognition will directly affect their college studies in the next four years. Therefore, it is very important to improve college students' professional cognition, establish their professional ideas, plan their career and cultivate their professional ability. Therefore, through the investigation of the current situation of professional identity of freshmen majoring in medical laboratory, it is helpful for educational management and educators to provide professional guidance, daily management and quality service for students.
3.2. 1 Actively carry out professional cognitive practice education activities and broaden professional cognitive channels.
Professional cognitive education has become the first lesson for freshmen. It is suggested that professional cognitive education should be included in the whole process of students' professional learning during their school days. You can also combine the actual situation and professional characteristics of colleges and universities to carry out targeted and diversified professional cognitive practice education activities, and hire professional cognitive education lecturers or professors, experts, subject directors and college presidents with senior academic attainments to interpret the profession authoritatively, conduct a comprehensive analysis of employment, and let freshmen form a preliminary understanding of the profession and gradually test it clearly. You can also stimulate freshmen's interest in their majors, have confidence in their future study and employment, and have a bright future for their future careers through various forms of lectures or on-site presentations and experience exchanges between outstanding students and graduates, so as to improve their professional awareness.
3.2.2 Counselors and course teachers should do a good job in professional cognitive education.
"Strengthening the education of college students' ideals and beliefs, including career cognition and career planning" is the duty of ideological and political counselors stipulated by the Central the State Council [10]. Through discussion and investigation, college counselors can deeply understand the reasons why each freshman volunteered to fill in the report, the purpose of studying major, self-awareness and career expectations. In order to reduce freshmen's professional confusion and help them adapt to college life and study as soon as possible, we should formulate targeted professional cognitive education plans and career plans based on their individual characteristics. Curriculum teachers should improve their knowledge level and professional accomplishment, integrate the content of professional cognitive education into curriculum teaching, especially in the process of experimental teaching, objectively evaluate the current situation and development direction of laboratory specialty, and expound the content, methods, subject system and values of professional learning from multiple angles in combination with the courses taught, so as to systematically guide freshmen to form good professional thoughts and feelings and cultivate students' professional skills with emphasis. Through the joint efforts of counselors and course teachers, we should take students as the center, practice in professional cognition, recognize in practice, improve students' professional identity, and explore ways to improve the training quality of medical laboratory professionals.
In a word, the professional identity of medical laboratory freshmen in Changsha Medical College is at a general level, and there is still much room for development and improvement. In view of the significance of professional cognition to college students, educators need to establish a dynamic development concept of professional cognition ability, further strengthen the professional cognition education of college students, effectively cultivate the professional identity of freshmen, improve the motivation and adaptability of professional learning, and then ensure the healthy development of medical laboratory education.
