Analysis of competition in liquor industry, how to deal with competition?
At present, the entry threshold of liquor industry is relatively low, and the development of the industry is chaotic. Due to the entry of foreign enterprises, the competition in liquor industry is more intense. Compared with foreign countries, although China's liquor industry also has its own high-end brands, the overall scale of the industry is small and the industry concentration is still low.
1999, China began to rectify liquor enterprises one after another, and liquor enterprises rapidly decreased from more than 30,000 to 18000, of which only 8,824 were licensed. Among these 8,824 liquor enterprises, there are 1569 with less than 10 employees, 2,464 with 10 to 30 employees and 1675 with 30 to 50 employees. Enterprises with less than 50 employees account for 66.77% of the total number of certified enterprises; There are 2,604 enterprises with annual tax payment below 654.38+10,000 yuan, accounting for 29.52% of the certified enterprises.
Although through several years of industry integration, the overall strength of liquor enterprises has been enhanced, the industry concentration has been significantly improved, and some enterprises have a tendency to become bigger, but the overall scale of the industry is still very small, and the scale gap between enterprises is widening. The liquor industry will present the following trends:
(1) Industry concentration has been further strengthened. With the backwardness of technical level and production equipment, liquor enterprises will be eliminated, the concentration of liquor industry will be further strengthened, and liquor industry will tend to "three concentrations" of brand, product and place of origin.
(2) The integration of resources has been accelerated. The strengthening of industry concentration accelerates the speed of resource integration, and also pays attention to the integration of resources such as ecology, culture and technology in the core area, forming a regional-symbolized liquor industry cluster and forming an industrial cluster effect.
(3) Industry capital mergers and acquisitions are on the rise. Although the advantages of some local enterprises are still obvious, most large enterprises have achieved the mode of origin sales and local production sales, and are less restricted by geographical areas. According to the needs of development, large enterprises will expand their production scale and marketing channels through capital mergers and acquisitions.
