How to fry ginger slices?

Ingredients: 500g ginger, 350g sugar.

Accessories: water 50g.

working methods

1. Clean the ginger buds and cut them into 2mm thick slices.

2. Wash the ginger slices with water. If it's ginger, soak it in water for half a day, otherwise it's too spicy. Don't soak the ginger buds, just wash them.

3. Add sugar according to the ratio of 1 kg ginger and 7 kg sugar. 7 kg is the minimum amount. Can be added to 1 kg, but not less than 7 kg.

4. Add a little water so that the sugar won't burn when it melts, and don't add too much.

5. Boil on low heat, boil the added water and the boiled water in ginger until the syrup can be extracted, and then turn off the heat.

6. After cooking, pour ginger and syrup into a non-stick pan, stainless steel or non-stick pan.

7. Stir fry quickly while it is hot. Note that this place is no longer fried with fire, just fried ginger slices quickly.

8. Stir-fry until the syrup comes out of sand and sticks to the ginger slices to become dry sugar sand, then stop stirring and let it cool naturally. The traditional sugar ginger slices with authentic practice and pure taste are ready.
