2. The functions of the three professional websites are increasingly prominent. Since the operation of the three professional websites, Anhui Import and Export Commodity Network has made positive contributions to improving the development level of e-commerce of foreign trade enterprises in our province, promoting foreign trade transactions, publicizing enterprise products, reducing trade costs, increasing trade opportunities and expanding foreign trade exports; In order to improve the level of attracting investment in our province, create a good investment atmosphere, promote the majority of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in our province to the international market, attract the majority of foreign businessmen to pay attention to the economic development of our province, actively invest in our province, and become an important bridge connecting investors, projects, enterprises and government management departments; Business outlets have simplified procedures, reduced costs, and realized the true service tenet of openness, fairness, justice and quickness.

3. Improve the local area network construction within the office. 7. Solidly promote "online purchase and sale" to solve the problem of farmers' buying and selling. In June, 2006, relying on the new rural business network and by means of e-commerce, the Ministry of Commerce launched the "matchmaking meeting for online purchase and sale of rural commodities", which opened up an online platform for the purchase and sale of agricultural and sideline products for the vast rural areas and farmers, and was an important measure to serve "agriculture, countryside and farmers" and promote the construction of a new socialist countryside. According to the work arrangement of the Ministry of Commerce, our office responded positively. On the basis of the original Anhui Export Commodity Network, we built the second sub-station of the new rural commercial network of the Ministry of Commerce-Anhui New Rural Commercial Network, and horizontally combined the existing well-known agricultural websites in the province, and mobilized and organized grassroots agricultural organizations and key farmers to participate in the matchmaking meeting by using the strength of the municipal and county commercial authorities, agricultural product industry associations, agricultural product wholesale markets and other intermediary organizations. Collect, integrate and publish a large number of agricultural products purchase and sale information. During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, we organized 13 matchmaking meetings, which facilitated a number of online transactions. Anhui province's trading volume has been in the leading ranks in the country, with remarkable achievements.

8. The urban and rural market information service system has been further improved, and the influence of Business Situation Forecast has been continuously improved. In the comprehensive assessment of the Ministry of Commerce's market monitoring work in various places, our province entered the forefront of the country and rose to the top three in the country. The number of sample enterprises monitored is the third in China, and all municipal commercial departments start business forecasting, all county-level commercial departments carry out rural market monitoring, and the monitoring scope of daily necessities market is extended to all counties (cities). The information submission rate reaches 100%. Local commercial departments have taken solid and effective measures and methods to strengthen data supervision, monitoring and auditing, and the reporting rate and quality of monitoring data have been greatly improved. At present, there are more than 1000 sample enterprises monitoring the urban and rural market information service system in the province (14 18), ranking third among all provinces and cities in China. The market monitoring scope of our province covers all cities and counties in the province, covering 18 industries and 7 domestic trade circulation and retail formats. The commodities monitored mainly include daily necessities 1 1 varieties, 74 varieties of important means of production, 27 varieties of cocoon and silk industry, and 30 kinds of commodities mainly contacted by enterprises in the emergency commodity database. 9. The expansion project of "Industrial Safety Database" was comprehensively promoted. As the basic project of the national industrial damage early warning system, the expansion project of "Industrial Safety Database" provides a brand-new service model for maintaining industrial safety and actively responding to trade frictions. 320 enterprises in the province participated in the direct reporting of industrial safety data. The specific work of early warning and monitoring, early warning, filing, responding to lawsuits, effect tracking and industrial standardization involved in trade frictions and industrial injuries in the province gradually entered the daily work of commercial departments, and the related policies and service capabilities were gradually improved, and the enthusiasm of industrial intermediaries to participate was improved. The work of expanding the encirclement has played the basic role of "accurate prediction, timely warning, scientific planning and effective pre-control" in dealing with trade frictions and maintaining industrial safety. On this basis, at the end of 2008, the Provincial Department of Commerce and the Provincial Automobile Industry Association cooperated to start the early warning and monitoring of automobile industry damage in the whole province. Since 2009, the annual early warning monitoring report has been submitted to the industrial injury early warning system of the Ministry of Commerce and relevant provincial departments, and the early warning report has been submitted quarterly since 20 10.

3. Lack of special funds to ensure that a reasonable and perfect information service network has not yet been formed. Up to now, there is no special fund guarantee for public business information service in our province. Due to the lack of financial guarantee, some commercial authorities have not established the necessary public business information service institutions, which hinders the channels of information acquisition and release, thus affecting the further promotion, enrichment and improvement of the public business information service system, and it is difficult to form a smooth and accessible public business information service network covering the whole province.

Second, the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, the situation faced by the construction of public business information service system
