In fact, the establishment of successful English teaching mainly includes three elements, namely, curriculum arrangement, teaching content and evaluation mechanism. More and more practice has proved that teaching evaluation has the most obvious positive effect on students. In fact, every student's intellectual development is different. Therefore, as English teachers, we should look at problems from different angles, appreciate their bright spots, find out the most scientific and reasonable learning methods, and help students enhance their self-esteem and build up their self-confidence. Multiple evaluation just meets the practical problems in junior high school English teaching, so this paper focuses on the application of multiple evaluation in junior high school English teaching.

First, teach students in accordance with their aptitude and carry out interest cultivation teaching.

In practice teaching, it is found that each student has his own bright spot in different degrees, which requires English teachers to formulate flexible and diverse teaching methods and means according to the different development characteristics of each student in English teaching, so as to truly realize the people-oriented educational development goal. The survey results show that English teaching in China has always adhered to the traditional teaching mode, which violates the teaching principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude to a certain extent, thus directly ignoring the personality of students' development in the teaching process. English teachers are required to respect the individual differences of students in the teaching process and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. Because each student's intelligence level is different, there will be differences in the face of the same thing. As English teachers, we should pay attention to students' personality development and stimulate students' learning motivation according to their main interests. We should not treat all students with one evaluation standard. For students with relatively poor English knowledge, the teacher should summarize a set of study plans. According to the different starting points of students' English learning at different levels, appropriately reducing the learning intensity and evaluation criteria of poor students can also increase students' pride. At the same time, students should be involved in visual and auditory perception as much as possible in teaching, so that students will have a more direct impression on English learning. Task-based teaching can be carried out in the classroom through association and synthesis, and students can learn English creatively without pressure. In this process, English teachers are required to praise and encourage students' every growth in time, thus promoting students' knowledge growth.

Junior high school students are in a period of gradual improvement in psychology and body, so they have their own particularity of development. As the primary stage of English, junior high school English is compulsory, which does bring pressure to teachers and students to a certain extent, and the evaluation methods for students are often too politicized, which has a negative impact on students' growth. Therefore, in the new era, we should also pay attention to the all-round cultivation of students. Because junior high school has just come into contact with English, it provides students with more room for development. However, the traditional evaluation system can no longer meet the needs of the development of modern junior high school English education. Therefore, the stage evaluation system can be carried out in junior high school. The phased evaluation component system mainly includes classroom questioning, homework completion, academic performance and examination results. And evaluate students' performances in teaching, and finally comprehensively evaluate students' application ability. Teachers should provide students with more opportunities according to their development advantages, such as encouraging students to participate in English competitions and Cambridge competitions. Multi-evaluation is the challenge of English classroom in the new era, and what needs to be changed most is English teachers. Therefore, in order to better realize the application of multiple evaluation in junior high school English, we must first change the concept of evaluation. Teachers should change teaching ideas and teaching methods, and at the same time strengthen their understanding of diversified evaluation methods, and truly realize that evaluating students is not to achieve their own teaching goals, but to promote students to develop good study habits, so that those junior high school students who are hesitant have greater motivation to improve themselves and develop a good learning cycle model. Secondly, it is necessary to plan diversified evaluation contents. In order to use diversified evaluation in junior high school English teaching, teachers and relevant education administrators are required to study teaching objectives. At the same time, according to different forms of classroom activities, teachers should pay attention to the standard arrangement of evaluation. In order to improve students' understanding of evaluation standards, teachers should carry out necessary publicity activities before the course begins. Finally, pay attention to the combination of evaluation and ability training. For junior high school English, students' oral knowledge is very important, so it is necessary to organically link students' oral expression ability with evaluation mechanism, such as providing students with more language exchange activities and English speech contests in class. In order to achieve the learning goal of improving students' oral English ability, students are required to establish an autonomous learning plan according to their own knowledge and ability, and teachers should adjust the teaching content and teaching methods in time according to the changes of students' knowledge and ability.
