Introduction of forward foreign exchange trading and spot foreign exchange trading business of China Bank;

1. Forward foreign exchange transactions refer to foreign exchange transactions in which buyers and sellers make delivery at the agreed exchange rate and within the agreed time limit.

The applicant issues instructions to the Bank of China to handle forward foreign exchange transactions, and determines the transaction details through written entrustment. After the transaction is completed, China Bank will issue a transaction confirmation, and the payment will be realized on the delivery date (a certain period after the second working day after the transaction date). If necessary, you can ask the bank to close the transaction during the transaction or ask the bank to extend the transaction before the expiration date.

2. Spot foreign exchange transactions refer to foreign exchange transactions in which both parties conduct transactions according to the spot exchange rate in the foreign exchange market on the trading day and make delivery on the delivery date.

The applicant initiates an instruction for spot foreign exchange trading to the Bank of China, and determines the details of spot foreign exchange trading in the form of written entrustment. After the transaction is concluded, Bank of China will issue a transaction confirmation to the applicant, and the actual delivery will be made within two working days (T+2) after the transaction date.
